....I simply must point you to the story of Sgt. 1st Class Paul R. Smith, who will receive the Congressional Medal of Honor posthumously for his fierce destruction of a vastly numerically superior force of Iraqi Special Republican Guards. His actions save many men, in the finest tradition of our fighting men who, against impossible odds, change the outcomes of battles and indeed wars.
