Deconstructing the vote

Stefan Sharkansky continues to do yeoman work on the Washington election. What does it say about our elections system when a volunteer blogger is uncovering discrepancies in the vote that paid election workers never found? Washington Democrats should be embarassed and ashamed for having built such a faulty system. Or are they complicit in deliberate fraud to steal elections?
