At least someone will pay....

....for involvement in UNSCAM. An Iraqi-American named Samir Vincent apparently profited from Sadaam's oil-for-food scam, and now he'll have a criminal record to show for it.
An Iraqi-born American citizen will strike a plea deal with the Justice Department as part of the federal investigation into the U.N. Oil-for-Food scandal, officials at Justice told FOX News.

Attorney General John Ashcroft will announce Tuesday at 2 p.m. EST the agreement with Samir Vincent, one of the men suspected of getting kickbacks as part of the multi-billion dollar scandal.

According to a source familiar with the probe, Vincent will plead to making false statements on income tax returns, acting as an unregistered agent of a foreign government and violating the International Emergency Economic Powers Act.
Now if we can just find a way to indict Kofi Annan.....
