Proof that appeasement doesn't work

Bombings in Madrid that killed almost 200 people persuaded the Spainairds that their best option was to get out of the coalition and stop attacking the terrorists. So what do the terrorists do? Plan an attack on the Spanish Supreme Court! So much for appeasing them. These people will not be stopped until every "infidel" is dead and they rule the world or they are dead.
