....can do amazing things. I don't know how much publicity this story has gotten nationwide, but it's been a big deal here in Dallas. Egyptian twins, conjoined by the head at birth, have endured successful separation surgery and will now undergo an operation to "grow" bone for their new skulls.

All the work has been provided to the family free of charge. Just another example of the greatness of America. Let's hope their parents go back home and spread the word about American generosity and caring.
