Pray for Elizabeth Edwards

News reports today indicate that Elizabeth Edwards has been diagnosed with breast cancer. Over 200,000 new cases of breast cancer are diagnosed every year in the US. Mrs. Edwards has an excellent chance of beating the disease. Only 26 of every 100,000 cases results in death. That is 26 too many, however. Pray for Mrs. Edwards and Senator John Edwards. The days ahead will be worrisome. Hopefully she will recover fully and enjoy life for many years to come.
