Pondering Kerry's record
Hugh Hewitt writes in One Weekend in April, A Long Time Ago... that you can learn a lot about Kerry from the way he handled the Nicaraguan situation in the '80s. This was, of course, when he made his now famous speech on the floor of Congress about his Christmas eve in Cambodia, that we know now to be a complete fabrication.
If you really need to know what Kerry is all about, this article encapsulates it nicely in just two pages. He favors talking over fighting, appeasement over force, succumbing to dictators over fighting for freedom.
That's what you have to look forward to if he is elected President of the United States.
