More good news about Iraq - al Qaeda is losing

This is an thought provoking article that reveals what's going on with al Qaeda inside Iraq. Basically they're being marginalized and squeezed in to Fallujah, where they still hold the power. It won't be long before the Iraqi government has to deal with Fallujah, and I suspect it will make what the Marines have done there look like child's play. Yawar has already threatened "the sword" for terrorists, and I have no doubt that the Iraqi government will carry out that threat.

Another article (from the Christian Science Monitor) supports that view, reporting that the "rebels" are quickly losing support.

Furthermore, the Iraqi Police arrested hundreds of criminals today link in an attempt to put an end to the violence.

I doubt it will be long before the Iraqis have the situation under control. And the pundits were saying this could never happen!
